Location: Coco Palm Dhuni Kolhu, Maldives
Position Overview:
We are looking for a talented and passionate Spa Therapist to join our luxury island resort. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional spa and wellness treatments while ensuring the highest standards of professionalism, guest satisfaction, and adherence to Coco Collection’s values of care and excellence.
🌺 Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver professional spa treatments including massages, facials, body therapies, manicures, and pedicures in line with resort standards.
- Personalize each guest experience by identifying individual preferences and recommending suitable spa treatments or products.
- Maintain excellent hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards across all spa facilities.
- Ensure accurate scheduling, time management, and seamless operation of spa appointments.
- Stay updated on the latest spa trends and techniques through ongoing training and development.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and a welcoming environment.
🎓 Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Spa Therapist in a luxury resort or high-end spa environment.
- Recognized diploma or certification in Spa Therapy, Massage Therapy, or a related field.
- Skilled in multiple massage and body treatment techniques.
- Excellent English communication skills and customer service attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced resort environment with a flexible and positive mindset.
- Strong teamwork, attention to detail, and guest-focused approach.
