We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Shadow Teacher to provide one-on-one support for a child in a regular classroom setting. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about special education support, inclusive learning, and child development.
🛠 Duties & Responsibilities
As a Shadow Teacher, your main responsibilities include:

In-Class Support: Sit with the child during regular lessons and provide educational and social guidance.

Instructional Assistance: Ensure the child understands and follows the teacher’s instructions.

Homework & Projects: Assist the child with school assignments, homework, and classroom projects.

Confidence Building: Encourage self-confidence, independence, and active participation in classroom activities.

Social Integration: Promote positive interactions with peers and help the child adapt socially.

Event Participation: Accompany the child to school activities and special events when required.

Communication Bridge: Act as a link between the teacher, student, and parents to ensure progress and well-being.
