💼 Job Description – Security Guard
Selected candidates will be responsible for maintaining safety and order within assigned premises, ensuring a secure and safe environment for staff, guests, and property.
🔑 Duties and Responsibilities:
- Monitor and control access at gates, doors, and entrances.
- Conduct regular patrolling around the premises to ensure safety.
- Report suspicious activities or security breaches to the supervisor.
- Maintain visitor logs and record all daily security operations.
- Ensure safety compliance during emergencies such as fire, theft, or medical incidents.
- Operate CCTV and other surveillance systems when required.
- Assist in managing crowd control and handling minor conflicts.
- Follow all company and site-specific security protocols.
🎯 Candidate Requirements:
- Physically fit and alert.
- Honest, disciplined, and punctual.
- Able to follow instructions and work independently.
- Basic understanding of English or Malay preferred.
- Previous security or military/police experience is an added advantage.
