💼 Now Hiring: Safety, Security & Transport Manager
🔍 Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all safety, security, and transportation operations within the resort.
- Ensure the highest standards of guest and staff safety through proactive risk assessment and emergency response planning.
- Manage marine transport operations effectively, ensuring safety compliance and smooth logistics.
- Implement security policies and procedures aligned with local regulations and resort standards.
- Lead and train the safety and transport teams to deliver exceptional service and operational excellence.
🎓 Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Security Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar leadership role within a luxury resort or hotel.
- Prior experience in the Maldives hospitality industry is a strong advantage.
- Proven ability to manage safety, security, and transport operations efficiently.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with a positive, hands-on attitude.
- Familiarity with marine and sea transport best practices is required.
