💼 Position: Resort Nurse
We are looking for a qualified and experienced Resort Nurse to join our dedicated team. This role is essential to ensuring the health, safety, and wellbeing of guests and team members while supporting wellness and sustainability initiatives across the resort.
🛠 Duties & Responsibilities
As a Resort Nurse, you will:

Provide professional nursing care, first aid, and medical support to both guests and hosts.

Assist with daily clinic operations, including consultations, treatments, medical checks, and accurate record keeping.

Respond swiftly to medical emergencies, including after-hours situations, and coordinate with local hospitals or arrange evacuations to Malé when necessary.

Manage and monitor clinic inventory, medical supplies, and first-aid kits, ensuring all equipment is functional and properly maintained.

Support the HR team in wellness programs, preventive care, and health-related training for staff.

Oversee employee medical leave cases and ensure proper documentation and follow-up.

Contribute to the resort’s health & wellness culture by promoting safe practices and preventive care initiatives.
✅ Candidate Requirements

Valid Nursing License / Registered Nurse in Maldives.

Recognized nursing qualification with proven clinical experience.

Strong knowledge of first aid, emergency response, and patient care protocols.

Previous experience in a resort, hospitality, or remote healthcare setting is highly desirable.

Dynamic, proactive, and approachable personality with excellent communication skills.

Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle emergencies with confidence.
