We are currently seeking a Chef de Partie (Local – Staff Cafeteria) to join our culinary team and ensure high-quality meals for our hardworking team members.
💼 Position: Chef de Partie (Local – Staff Cafeteria)
✅ Key Responsibilities

Prepare, cook, and serve meals for staff according to set menus and quality standards.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in all kitchen areas in line with HACCP and food safety regulations.

Ensure proper portioning, presentation, and storage of food.

Support menu planning with a focus on local cuisine and staff preferences.

Monitor kitchen supplies and assist in inventory control.

Train and guide junior staff, ensuring consistent performance.

Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a positive and efficient staff cafeteria service.
🎯 Candidate Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within a resort, hotel, or staff cafeteria.

Strong knowledge of local Maldivian cuisine and food preparation techniques.

Familiarity with kitchen operations, food safety standards, and HACCP procedures.

Good command of spoken English and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.

Flexible and willing to work shifts, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.

Strong teamwork, responsibility, and a positive attitude.

Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
