We are now looking for a dedicated Landscaping Manager to join our growing team and maintain the natural beauty that defines our island resort.
💼 Position: Landscaping Manager
✅ Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the resort’s landscaping and gardening operations.

Oversee the design, maintenance, and enhancement of tropical gardens, pathways, and outdoor areas.

Manage horticultural practices, pest control, and automated irrigation systems.

Supervise and train landscaping staff to ensure consistent, high-quality results.

Plan and monitor budgets, inventories, and landscaping equipment.

Ensure all landscaping projects meet aesthetic and environmental standards.

Collaborate with management to create visually appealing and sustainable landscapes.
🎯 Candidate Requirements

Minimum 4 years of proven experience in a similar role within a resort or hospitality environment.

Strong technical knowledge of tropical landscaping, horticulture, and pest management.

Proven ability to lead and motivate teams.

Excellent planning, organizational, and time-management skills.

Creative eye for design, aesthetics, and eco-friendly solutions.

Strong communication skills with fluency in spoken and written English.
