💼 Position: Kids Club Hostess – Casual
🧸 Duties & Responsibilities
As a Kids Club Hostess, you will:

Welcome children and families warmly, ensuring they feel comfortable and engaged.

Organize and lead fun, safe, and educational activities for children of different age groups.

Supervise children at all times, ensuring their safety and well-being.

Create a positive, caring, and entertaining environment aligned with Alila’s hospitality standards.

Plan and prepare games, arts and crafts, storytelling, and outdoor activities.

Maintain the cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the Kids Club area.

Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding schedules, special needs, or concerns.

Support special events and family-friendly programs at the resort.
🎯 Candidate Profile

Previous experience in childcare, early education, or guest entertainment is preferred.

Energetic, creative, and passionate about working with children.

Ability to communicate effectively in English (additional languages are a plus).

Patient, caring, and highly responsible.

Flexible and able to work in a multicultural resort environment.
