Are you ready to bring the beat, the energy, and the fun? Hard Rock Hotel Maldives is looking for a dynamic and creative Assistant Roxity & VIBE Manager to keep the rhythm alive at our Roxity Kids’ Club® and Teen Spirit®, while supporting the VIBE Manager in ensuring the whole resort stays buzzing with music-driven experiences.
🎤 Your Role in the Band
As an Assistant Roxity & VIBE Manager, you’ll:

🎶 Create daily adventures, themed events, and music-infused fun at Roxity Kids’ Club® and Teen Spirit® to keep our young rock stars entertained.

🎵 Support the VIBE Manager in delivering resort-wide entertainment, recreation, and signature Hard Rock events.

🥁 Lead engaging kids’ and teens’ programs, filled with creativity, learning, and laughter.

🎸 Assist in executing brand activations, live entertainment, and spontaneous surprises that keep the resort alive with energy.

🎧 Inspire, train, and guide the Roxity Crew to deliver safe, fun, and unforgettable experiences for all guests.
🎶 What We’re Looking For

2–3 years’ experience in a similar entertainment, recreation, or kids’ club role at a resort/hotel.

Qualifications in early childhood education, recreation, or entertainment.

Strong leadership experience in kids’ clubs or activity-based environments.

A creative, energetic, and outgoing personality with a passion for fun.

Excellent English communication skills to connect with our international guests.

Physically fit, adventurous, and full of positive energy.

Team player with a can-do attitude.

Previous Maldives resort experience is a bonus!
