We are currently looking for a Mandarin-speaking Villa Host to join our Front Office team and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
💼 Position: Villa Host (Mandarin Speaking)
✅ Duties & Responsibilities
As a Villa Host, you will:

Provide a warm and professional welcome to Mandarin-speaking guests and assist throughout their stay.

Handle guest check-in, check-out, and daily requirements with efficiency.

Act as the primary point of contact for guests, ensuring their needs are met promptly.

Assist with reservations, special requests, and personalized services.

Provide accurate information on resort facilities, excursions, and experiences.

Coordinate with other departments to deliver seamless guest services.

Uphold the highest standards of hospitality, professionalism, and LQA service standards.

Manage multiple tasks and remain calm under pressure.
🎯 Candidate Profile

Fluency in Mandarin and English (additional languages are an advantage).

Previous experience in luxury hotels or resorts preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proactive, service-oriented, and detail-focused.

Able to adapt and work in a multicultural team environment.

Knowledge of LQA standards is a plus.

Strong multitasking abilities with a positive “can-do” attitude.
