Position: Human Resources Officer
Location: Dhiffushi Island Villa, Maldives
Nationality: Open only to Nepalese citizens
Salary: USD 900 per month + other benefits
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
Language Requirement: Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Duties & Responsibilities
As a Human Resources Officer in the Maldives hospitality industry, your responsibilities will include:

Managing the recruitment and selection process for hotel staff.

Assisting with employee onboarding, orientation, and training programs.

Maintaining accurate employee records and HR documentation.

Implementing HR policies and procedures in line with company and legal standards.

Handling payroll preparation and staff benefits administration.

Addressing employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary actions.

Supporting performance management and staff evaluations.

Ensuring compliance with labor laws and resort regulations.

Coordinating staff development and employee engagement activities.

Acting as a bridge between management and employees to maintain a positive work environment.
Job Requirements

Must be a Nepalese national.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Strong fluency in English (written and spoken).

Good knowledge of HR practices and labor regulations.

Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Experience in HR roles within hotels or hospitality is an added advantage.
