👩💼 Position: HR Assistant
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support our Human Resources team in day-to-day operations and employee services at Soneva Fushi Resort.
✅ Requirements & Skills

Open only for Maldivian nationals

1–2 years’ experience in a similar HR role, preferably within a luxury resort or hotel

High school diploma / Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred

Proficiency in HR Management Systems (HRMS) and Microsoft Office Suite

Strong written and verbal communication in English (additional languages are an advantage)

Experience with work permit and visa processing is a plus

Positive, self-motivated, and goal-driven personality

Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment

Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills

📌 Key Responsibilities
As an HR Assistant, you will:

Support the HR team with day-to-day operations and employee documentation.

Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and training coordination.

Manage and update employee records in HRMS.

Handle work permit, visa, and compliance processes.

Support staff welfare initiatives and employee engagement activities.

Provide HR-related guidance and assistance to team members.

Ensure HR procedures align with Soneva’s sustainability and service excellence values.
