We are now seeking talented Maldivian nationals to join our team as F&B Attendants.
🛠 Duties & Responsibilities
As an F&B Attendant, you will:

Welcome and serve guests in a professional and friendly manner.

Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately and promptly.

Ensure dining areas are clean, well-presented, and set up according to resort standards.

Provide personalized guest service while promoting menu items and upselling when appropriate.

Handle guest queries and resolve minor complaints efficiently.

Follow food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards.

Support colleagues in maintaining smooth F&B operations in a fast-paced environment.
✅ Candidate Requirements

Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.

Strong communication skills; fluent in English (other languages are an added advantage).

Outgoing, proactive, and service-oriented personality.

Pleasant personality with excellent grooming and self-presentation.

Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

A strong team player, comfortable working with a multicultural workforce and international guests.

Positive “Can Do” attitude with genuine passion for hospitality.
