We are looking for a responsible, accurate, and customer-oriented Cashier to join our retail team. This role is perfect for individuals who are detail-focused, reliable, and passionate about providing excellent customer service.
🛠 Duties & Responsibilities
As a Shop Cashier, your main responsibilities will include:

Managing customer transactions efficiently using cash, credit/debit cards, and transfers.

Issuing receipts, refunds, and change accurately.

Operating and balancing the cash register daily.

Delivering friendly, professional, and customer-focused service at all times.

Handling bulk order customers with professionalism and smooth communication.

Resolving customer inquiries, complaints, and guiding them with product details.

Maintaining cleanliness and order in the cashier area.

Previous experience as a cashier or customer service staff preferred.

Strong cash handling and accuracy skills.

Flexibility to work weekends and different shifts if required.
