💼 Position: Hostess – Italian Speaking
✅ Duties & Responsibilities

Welcome and escort guests to dining venues with warmth and professionalism.

Manage restaurant reservations and seating arrangements efficiently.

Provide personalized service to Italian-speaking guests while maintaining excellent communication in English.

Maintain high service standards in line with luxury resort hospitality.

Collaborate with the restaurant team to ensure smooth service operations.

Assist in promoting restaurant offerings, wine lists, and special dining experiences.

Anticipate guest needs and deliver a memorable dining journey.
🎯 Qualification Requirements

Previous experience as a hostess or in guest service roles at luxury hotels/resorts (experience in the Maldives is an advantage).

Fluency in Italian and English (additional languages are a plus).

WSET Level 2 certification is a strong advantage.

Strong customer service and guest interaction skills.

Pleasant, professional personality with a positive “can-do” attitude.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural island environment.
