💼 Available Positions
1️⃣ Floor Coordinator
Duties & Responsibilities

Supervise and manage daily floor operations.

Ensure products are well-stocked, displayed, and maintained according to company standards.

Guide and support floor staff in customer service and sales.

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with purchasing for restocking.
-
Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently.

Maintain hygiene and safety standards across the sales floor.
Ideal Candidate: Previous retail supervision experience with strong leadership and organizational skills.
2️⃣ Marketing Coordinator
Duties & Responsibilities

Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote Supermart products and services.

Manage social media, in-store promotions, and advertising activities.

Conduct market research to identify new trends and customer needs.

Work closely with vendors and suppliers to ensure effective promotions.
-
Prepare regular reports on marketing performance and ROI.
Ideal Candidate: At least 2 years’ experience in marketing and product sourcing, with strong communication and digital marketing knowledge.
3️⃣ Cashier
Duties & Responsibilities
-
Handle cash, card, and digital payments accurately and efficiently.

Issue receipts, refunds, and process customer purchases.
-
Balance cash drawer at the beginning and end of shifts.
-
Assist customers with inquiries and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.

Ensure POS systems are functioning smoothly.
Ideal Candidate: Strong interpersonal skills, basic computer knowledge, and previous cashier or retail experience.
4️⃣ Purchasing Officer
Duties & Responsibilities
-
Identify, source, and negotiate with suppliers for competitive pricing.

Maintain stock levels and ensure timely replenishment of products.

Evaluate supplier performance and manage vendor relationships.

Monitor product quality, availability, and delivery schedules.
-
Work closely with floor coordinators and management to forecast demand.

Maintain purchase records and prepare cost analysis reports.
Ideal Candidate: Minimum 2 years’ experience in purchasing or procurement, excellent negotiation skills, and strong market knowledge.
🎓 Experience & Qualification

Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience (marketing and sourcing required for certain roles).

Relevant educational qualification in business, marketing, retail, or related fields.

Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
