📌 Current Job Openings & Responsibilities
⚙️ Assistant Chief Engineer
Duties & Responsibilities:

Support the Chief Engineer in managing the engineering and maintenance department.

Oversee preventive maintenance programs for the hotel’s facilities and equipment.
-
Supervise engineering staff, providing training and guidance.
-
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
-
Assist in budget planning and cost control for engineering operations.
🔌 Electrician
Duties & Responsibilities:
-
Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems and equipment.
-
Conduct routine inspections to ensure safe operations of all electrical circuits.
-
Troubleshoot electrical issues in guest rooms and public areas.
-
Maintain logs of electrical maintenance and repairs.
-
Support energy-saving initiatives across the property.
🚗 Vehicle Mechanic
Duties & Responsibilities:
-
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on hotel vehicles.
-
Diagnose mechanical problems and provide timely solutions.
-
Ensure vehicles meet safety and performance standards.
-
Keep records of repairs, servicing, and spare parts usage.

Work closely with the engineering department to coordinate transport requirements.
🛎️ Front Office Manager
Duties & Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the front office team to deliver seamless guest experiences.
-
Oversee reservations, check-ins, check-outs, and guest relations.
-
Train staff to maintain professional service standards.
-
Handle guest complaints efficiently while ensuring satisfaction.
-
Monitor front office operations to achieve revenue and occupancy targets.
🧹 Executive Housekeeper
Duties & Responsibilities:
-
Oversee the housekeeping department, ensuring villas, rooms, and public spaces are spotless.
-
Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, linen, and guest amenities.
-
Train and supervise housekeeping staff.
-
Implement high hygiene and safety standards across all housekeeping operations.
-
Work with other departments to ensure smooth guest service delivery.
🍽️ Food & Beverage (F&B) Associate
Duties & Responsibilities:
-
Welcome and serve guests in the hotel’s restaurants, bars, and outlets.
-
Take orders, deliver food and beverages, and ensure high service quality.
-
Assist in setting up tables, buffets, and event catering services.
-
Promote menu items and upsell dining experiences.
-
Follow HACCP and food safety standards at all times.
✅ General Requirements
-
Relevant educational background with at least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
-
Excellent communication skills in both English & Dhivehi.
-
Strong leadership, motivational, and people management skills.
-
Good operational and bookkeeping knowledge where required.
-
A positive thinker with a ‘can-do’ attitude.
