Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role at a 5-star resort or hotel.

Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese OR English and Portuguese.

Team player with a can-do, guest-first attitude.

Professional, well-groomed appearance in line with Hard Rock standards.

Knowledge of Opera PMS or similar reservation systems is an advantage.
