💼 Position: Boat Crew (Maldivian Only)
We are seeking an experienced Boat Crew member to support smooth and safe marine operations. The ideal candidate should be service-oriented, reliable, and passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences.
🛠 Duties & Responsibilities

Ensure the safe operation and handling of boats for guest and staff transfers.

Assist with docking, mooring, and boat maintenance tasks.

Provide excellent guest service during excursions and transfers.

Conduct regular safety checks and comply with resort’s marine safety standards.

Assist in loading and unloading luggage and supplies.

Work closely with the team to ensure efficient and smooth daily operations.
✅ General Requirements

Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role at a five-star resort in Maldives.

Strong command of spoken and written English.

Pleasant personality, energetic, and willing to work flexible shifts.

Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work with minimum supervision.

Service-driven, patient, and able to multitask in a dynamic environment.

Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
