🧾 Job Description: Bell Man (Qatar)
The Bell Man plays a key role in ensuring smooth guest services within hotels, catering facilities, or corporate accommodation setups. Candidates will represent AMWAJ Catering Services Limited with professionalism and hospitality excellence.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests politely and assist with luggage during arrival and departure.
- Escort guests to their rooms and explain room facilities and amenities.
- Handle luggage storage and ensure safe handling of personal belongings.
- Deliver packages, messages, and other items to guest rooms promptly.
- Coordinate with the front office and housekeeping departments for guest requests.
- Maintain cleanliness in the lobby and entrance area at all times.
- Provide accurate information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities.
- Uphold company standards for hospitality, grooming, and customer service.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors or managers.
