🌟 Job Summary
As a Bartender/Dishwasher, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, maintaining a lively and welcoming bar environment, and supporting the team by handling dishwashing duties. This role combines creativity, efficiency, and teamwork to ensure smooth daily operations and excellent guest satisfaction.
📌 Key Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of non-alcoholic beverages based on recipes and guest preferences.

Accurately measure and mix ingredients using proper techniques.

Recommend drinks and provide a personalized experience for guests.

Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area.

Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, and utensils as needed.

Take turns in handling dining plate cleaning during service hours.

Monitor and manage bar inventory, restocking supplies promptly.

Keep bar equipment in good working condition.

Ensure all hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards are followed.

Work closely with servers, chefs, and other bar staff for smooth operations.

Introduce creative and trendy new drinks to enhance the beverage menu.
✅ Requirements & Skills

Previous experience as a bartender, barista, or hospitality staff is an advantage.

Creativity in drink preparation and presentation.

Strong customer service and communication skills.

Fluency in English (both spoken and written).

Hospitality-related education or a certificate in F&B service will be an added advantage.

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

A team player with a positive attitude and flexibility.
⚙️ Salary & Benefits

Basic Salary: MVR 5,397
-
Service Charge: MVR 2,000 – 3,000 (approx.)

Overtime: As per Maldivian labor law
