JA Manafaru Maldives is seeking an energetic, creative, and service-driven Bartender to join our award-winning Food & Beverage team.
The ideal candidate will:
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences through unique beverage creations.
- Showcase strong mixology skills and cocktail presentation.
- Contribute to the lively atmosphere that reflects JA Manafaru’s spirit of Maldivian hospitality.
✅ Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Bartender in a luxury resort or 5-star hotel.
- Expertise in mixology, cocktail crafting, and beverage presentation.
- Basic knowledge of wines.
- Fluent in English (additional languages will be an advantage).
- Positive, guest-focused attitude and excellent interpersonal skills.

- Prepare and serve signature cocktails and premium beverages.
- Engage with international guests and create memorable bar experiences.
- Maintain bar standards, ensuring cleanliness and presentation.
- Support the F&B team in events, promotions, and guest experiences.
