We are now inviting qualified professionals to apply for the position of Assistant Maintenance Manager.
🛠 Duties & Responsibilities
As an Assistant Maintenance Manager, you will:

Oversee day-to-day maintenance and engineering operations across the resort.

Manage electrical and mechanical systems to ensure efficiency and safety.

Plan, coordinate, and execute renovation and repair projects.

Supervise preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime.

Monitor and manage the use of solar panels and energy-saving initiatives.
-
Provide technical guidance and training to the engineering team.
-
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.

Prepare maintenance reports, budgets, and work schedules.
-
Collaborate with other departments to support seamless resort operations.
✅ Candidate Requirements

Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role within a 5-star hotel or resort environment.

Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering.

Proven experience in project management (electrical & mechanical).
-
Knowledge of solar panel systems is a strong advantage.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.

Excellent verbal communication and leadership abilities.

Attention to detail with the ability to multitask effectively.
