🛠 Key Responsibilities

Support the Head of Housekeeping in managing the daily operations of guest rooms, public areas, laundry, and back-of-house facilities.

Conduct routine inspections to ensure highest cleanliness and maintenance standards across the resort.

Supervise and coordinate housekeeping teams to deliver exceptional guest service.

Respond promptly and professionally to guest feedback, inquiries, and concerns.

Foster a positive work culture by promoting teamwork, motivation, and continuous training.

Contribute to departmental goals, SOPs, and ongoing improvement initiatives.

Assist in preparing budgets, controlling expenses, and monitoring inventory.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations in line with hospitality best practices.

Collaborate with other departments for seamless operations and guest satisfaction.

Demonstrate flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
✅ Skills & Experience Required
-
Minimum 2 years’ supervisory/managerial experience in housekeeping at a luxury international resort or hotel.

Previous Maldives experience is a strong advantage.

Proficiency in English and Dhivehi.

Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Opera PMS or similar Property Management Systems.

Strong leadership skills with proven ability to manage, train, and motivate diverse teams.

Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Multicultural awareness with the ability to work collaboratively across nationalities.
