This is a rare opportunity to play a key role in a landmark luxury resort project, contributing from the construction and development phase through to the operational stage. You will be instrumental in setting up robust financial and accounting systems that ensure long-term success.
📌 Key Responsibilities

Support the establishment and implementation of financial systems, policies, and procedures.

Oversee accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, and payroll.

Prepare financial statements, budgets, and forecasts in compliance with standards.

Monitor project costs and ensure effective financial controls during development and operations.

Collaborate with senior management on financial planning and decision-making.

Ensure compliance with local regulations and international accounting standards.
✅ Candidate Profile

Professional qualifications in Finance/Accounting (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CIMA, or equivalent).

Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in a similar finance leadership role, ideally in hospitality or large-scale projects.

Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and internal controls.
