Nestled in the lush greenery of the peaceful island of Mandhoo in South Ari Atoll, Fiyavalhu Resort Maldives is a natural paradise offering authentic Maldivian hospitality. We are looking for a skilled and motivated AC Technician to join our engineering team and help ensure comfort and efficiency across our resort facilities.

Position: AC Technician

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair air conditioning systems, refrigeration units, and related equipment.

• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure systems operate at peak efficiency.

• Troubleshoot faults, identify technical issues, and provide timely, effective solutions.

• Maintain accurate records of all service, repair, and maintenance activities.

• Support the engineering team with additional maintenance tasks when required.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in a resort or hospitality environment.

• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC and refrigeration systems.

• Ability to efficiently diagnose and repair faults.

• Good communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage).

• Flexible, hardworking, and a strong team player with a positive attitude.
