Position: Zumba Dance Instructor
Location: Hotel/Resort (TBD)
Salary: USD 3000 – 4000 (Plus Service Charge)

Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in a similar position at a reputable organization, hotel, or resort

Key Responsibilities:

• Zumba Classes: Lead engaging, high-energy Zumba dance classes tailored to a wide range of fitness levels.
• Personalized Instruction: Offer personalized coaching to guests and clients, ensuring a positive and fun fitness experience.
• Safety and Well-being: Monitor the safety and well-being of all participants, ensuring a safe workout environment.
• Class Planning: Create and plan Zumba routines that are both effective for fitness and entertaining for participants.
• Maintain Fitness Environment: Ensure that the fitness studio or dance area is clean, organized, and ready for classes.
• Guest Interaction: Maintain a friendly and welcoming demeanor, fostering relationships with resort guests or members.
• Promote Wellness Programs: Participate in resort/hotel wellness programs, encouraging guests to take part in fitness and wellness activities.
• Track Attendance and Feedback: Record class attendance and obtain feedback from participants to enhance future sessions.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a similar role, preferably in a reputable organization, hotel, or resort.
• Zumba Certification: Certified Zumba Instructor, with strong knowledge of different dance and fitness styles.
• Communication Skills: Fluent in English with excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Energy and Enthusiasm: High levels of energy, enthusiasm, and the ability to motivate others.
• Teamwork: Ability to work closely with other wellness and fitness team members.
• Adaptability: Flexibility to cater to different fitness levels and preferences of resort guests.
