Female Barista in Maldives

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Female Barista to join our team in the Maldives. The ideal candidate will have expertise in coffee-making, especially in latte art, and be enthusiastic about delivering high-quality customer service. This role is perfect for someone who loves working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and is committed to creating a memorable experience for customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, including espressos, cappuccinos, lattes, and other beverages according to the customer’s preferences.
• Latte Art: Must be proficient in creating intricate designs and patterns on lattes using milk foam.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the coffee bar area and equipment.
• Provide excellent customer service by interacting with customers and addressing their coffee preferences or needs.
• Stock and replenish inventory, including coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies.
• Ensure all health and safety regulations are followed in the preparation of beverages.
• Manage cash registers and handle transactions accurately.
• Assist with other café-related tasks, such as cleaning tables and assisting with food preparation as needed.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Experience: Must have prior experience working as a Barista with expertise in latte art.
• Skills: Strong knowledge of brewing techniques, espresso machine operations, and latte art skills.
• Language: Good communication skills in English are preferred.
• Customer Service: Passion for providing excellent customer service and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical Fitness: Ability to stand for long periods and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Salary and Benefits:

• Salary: USD 350-400 (Based on experience and skills)
• Overtime: Available and compensated according to company policies.
• Food: Provided by the company.
• Accommodation: Provided by the company.

Working Hours:

• Duty: 8 hours per day.
• Working Days: 26 days per month.
• Leave: 4 days off per month.
