Female Hairdresser

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Female Hairdresser to join our team in the Maldives. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hairstyling, an eye for detail, and the ability to provide high-quality services to clients. The candidate must be fluent in English and capable of working long hours in a professional and client-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a wide range of hair care and styling services, including cutting, coloring, and treatments.
• Provide consultations to clients to determine their preferences and hair care needs.
• Stay updated with the latest hair trends, techniques, and products.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment.
• Manage appointments and ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Recommend hair care products and upsell salon services to clients.
• Maintain a friendly and professional relationship with clients.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience as a hairdresser.
• Language: Must be fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Ability to work long hours when required.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with diverse clients.
• Excellent time management and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of the latest hair products, tools, and techniques.
