Requirements:

• Must have experience as a Store Keeper, specifically in managing a godown.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position in a reputed company.
• Gulf experience would be an asset.
• Good communication skills in English.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Inventory Management:
   • Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing goods.
   • Monitor stock levels and reorder materials as needed.
   • Conduct regular stock checks to ensure accuracy.
2. Goods Handling:
   • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods.
   • Organize and store items in the warehouse or godown.
   • Ensure proper handling and storage of all materials.
3. Documentation:
   • Prepare and maintain proper documentation for all transactions.
   • Generate reports on inventory levels, transactions, and discrepancies.
   • Coordinate with suppliers for timely deliveries.
4. Quality Control:
   • Inspect goods for quality and ensure they meet company standards.
   • Report any damaged or defective items.
   • Implement measures to prevent loss or damage to inventory.
5. Order Processing:
   • Process and fulfill orders from various departments or customers.
   • Prepare items for shipment or delivery.
   • Coordinate with relevant departments for order fulfillment.
6. Safety and Compliance:
   • Adhere to safety guidelines and ensure a safe working environment.
   • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the godown.
   • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
