Job Description

We are seeking a charismatic, charming, and innovative Shop Assistant who can create a captivating atmosphere to engage all audiences and share the heartwarming stories behind Toddy.

Scope of Work and Responsibilities:

• Welcoming and engaging with customers as they enter the showroom.
• Attending to online orders, emails, and other inquiries promptly.
• Packing orders for deliveries and confirming deliveries.
• Operating cash registers, point of sale systems, and processing payments accurately.
• Updating inventory and maintaining showroom displays in an organized manner.
• Occasionally running deliveries and other errands for the showroom.
• Assisting with other tasks as required by the outlet manager.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• O’ Levels, Diploma, or previous work experience in a similar position.
• Ability to communicate fluently in English and Dhivehi with customers and clients.
• Capacity to work effectively in a team environment, manage time efficiently, and achieve financial targets.
• Friendly, energetic, and outgoing demeanor with excellent people skills.
• Punctuality and reliability are essential.
• Strong attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
• Valid driving license.

Minimum Experience:

• 1 Year

Minimum Qualification:

• Ordinary Level (OLevel)

Age:

• 23 years old – 30 years old
