🧹 Position: Housekeeping Attendant
As a member of our Housekeeping Department, you will play a key role in maintaining the resort’s pristine standards and delivering exceptional guest satisfaction. You’ll ensure that guest rooms, walkways, and public areas reflect the resort’s high-quality service and luxurious ambiance.
🧭 Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, public areas, staff facilities, and toilets to the resort’s highest standards.
- Ensure all guest amenities are restocked, replaced, and presented in perfect condition at all times.
- Service occupied rooms discreetly and efficiently, maintaining privacy and guest comfort.
- Maintain excellent personal grooming, hygiene, and uniform standards in line with resort policies.
- Report maintenance issues and follow up to ensure prompt resolution.
- Support the housekeeping team with additional tasks as assigned by supervisors or managers.
🎓 Requirements / Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role within a five-star luxury resort.
- Strong command of spoken and written English.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a pleasant personality.
- Ability to work extended or flexible hours when required.
- Must be a local Maldivian candidate.
