This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about marketing, brand promotion, and client relationship management within the Maldives retail industry.
🚀 Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to promote Poise Premium’s products and services.
- Identify, approach, and build long-term relationships with potential and existing clients to expand the customer base.
- Generate new sales leads and convert them into successful orders to meet monthly and yearly targets.
- Conduct market research to analyze trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
- Deliver product presentations, proposals, and quotations to clients with professionalism.
- Maintain excellent customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely delivery of products and services.
- Participate in marketing campaigns, trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events.
- Prepare and submit sales reports and provide insights on performance, feedback, and market developments.
- Maintain accurate sales records, client communications, and activity logs for tracking and reporting purposes.
🎓 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or customer relations, preferably in a retail or luxury brand environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and closing abilities.
- Deep understanding of marketing principles, branding, and promotional strategies.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and digital marketing tools.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working under pressure.
- Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills with a positive and proactive attitude.
- Willingness to travel for meetings, events, and client visits when required.
- Presentable, confident, and professional in client interactions.
