Poise Premium Maldives is seeking passionate, confident, and customer-focused Female Sales Assistants to join our growing retail team. This is an exciting opportunity to build a rewarding career in the luxury fragrance and beauty retail industry in the Maldives.
🛍️ Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist customers with warmth, professionalism, and enthusiasm.
- Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable perfumes, cosmetics, and beauty products.
- Provide detailed information about fragrance notes, brands, and product origins.
- Demonstrate perfumes and guide customers during sampling.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets through excellent customer engagement.
- Maintain product displays, ensuring shelves are attractive, organized, and fully stocked.
- Process cash and card payments accurately using POS systems.
- Handle customer feedback and inquiries with a problem-solving attitude.
- Keep the store clean, organized, and pleasant at all times.
- Stay informed about new arrivals, offers, and seasonal promotions.
- Assist with inventory management, stock receiving, and stock count procedures.
🎓 Requirements:
- Minimum O’ Level / High School Certificate.
- Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in perfume, cosmetics, or beauty products.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly personality with a passion for customer service.
- Good understanding of perfumes and fragrance families (an added advantage).
- Basic computer knowledge and experience using POS systems.
