🧹 Position Overview – Executive Housekeeper
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Executive Housekeeper to lead our Housekeeping Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort across our villas, public areas, and back-of-house facilities. This role plays a key part in guest satisfaction and operational efficiency within the resort.
🔑 Key Responsibilities

Supervise and lead the Housekeeping team, including villa, public area, and laundry attendants.

Develop and implement housekeeping SOPs to ensure consistent quality and efficiency.

Plan, schedule, and oversee daily cleaning operations across all guest villas and resort areas.

Identify training needs and deliver effective training programs to ensure team growth and development.

Manage inventory, procurement, and stock control of cleaning supplies, linens, and guest amenities.

Maintain vendor and contractor relationships, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality service.

Address guest concerns and service requests in a timely and professional manner.

Prepare and manage departmental budgets, including operational and capital expenditure (CAPEX).

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
🎓 Qualifications & Experience

Degree or diploma in Hotel Management, Tourism, or a related field.

Minimum 10 years of progressive housekeeping experience, including leadership roles, preferably in a luxury resort or remote island setting.

Strong leadership and team management skills with a hands-on approach.

Proven experience in budgeting, stock control, and vendor management.
