💼 Position: Kitchen Trainee (Local)
We are looking for passionate Maldivian candidates eager to begin their culinary career in a luxury resort. This role is designed for individuals who want to gain hands-on kitchen experience and develop the skills needed to grow into a future culinary professional.
🛠 Duties & Responsibilities
As a Kitchen Trainee, you will:

Assist chefs with daily food preparation and cooking tasks.

Learn and apply culinary techniques under the guidance of senior chefs.

Ensure proper hygiene and sanitation standards are followed in the kitchen.

Support in maintaining kitchen equipment, tools, and workstations.

Contribute to delivering exceptional dining experiences for guests.

Adapt to different sections of the kitchen to gain a well-rounded experience.
✅ Candidate Requirements

Strong passion for culinary arts and a desire to learn.

Prior kitchen or culinary experience is an added advantage.

Flexible with working hours, including weekends and shifts.
