💼 Position: Technician – Utility
We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Utility Technician to ensure the smooth operation of our island’s technical systems. This role is ideal for candidates who are hands-on, proactive, and passionate about maintaining high service standards in a luxury hospitality environment.
🛠 Duties & Responsibilities
As a Utility Technician, you will:

Operate, monitor, and maintain resort utility systems such as water treatment plants, power generation, plumbing, and HVAC.

Troubleshoot and carry out repairs on equipment to ensure uninterrupted service.

Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance on utility systems.

Ensure compliance with safety standards and environmental guidelines.

Maintain accurate records of maintenance work and system performance.

Support the engineering team in daily operations and emergency situations.

Assist in energy conservation and sustainable utility practices.
✅ Candidate Requirements

Minimum 2 years of proven experience in utility maintenance in a resort or hospitality environment.

Strong technical knowledge in HVAC, power supply, plumbing, and water treatment systems.

Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and technical repair skills.

Flexible to work in shifts and adapt to changing operational demands.

Good command of spoken and written English.

Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
