We are now looking for a talented Demi Chef de Partie (Teppanyaki) to join our culinary team and bring passion, creativity, and showmanship to our dining experiences.
🛠 Duties & Responsibilities
As a Demi Chef de Partie – Teppanyaki, you will:

Prepare and cook authentic Japanese teppanyaki dishes with precision and flair.

Deliver live cooking performances showcasing knife skills and interactive showmanship.

Maintain high standards of food presentation, quality, and taste.

Ensure compliance with food hygiene and safety regulations.

Assist senior chefs in menu planning, recipe development, and kitchen operations.

Support the culinary team in day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth service.

Work collaboratively with colleagues to provide exceptional guest experiences.
✅ Qualifications & Experience

Minimum 3 years’ experience in food production within a luxury resort environment.

Proven expertise in teppanyaki cooking, Japanese cuisine, and live culinary shows.

Excellent knife handling, grilling, and presentation skills.

Solid understanding of food safety and HACCP standards.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment while delivering consistent quality.
