Currently, we are seeking a qualified Dive Instructor (Chinese Speaking) to deliver unforgettable underwater experiences to our international guests.

Position: Dive Instructor (Chinese Speaking)

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a dive instructor in a five-star resort environment.

• Certified PADI Open Water Scuba Instructor with an active teaching membership.

• Certified Emergency First Response Instructor.

• Strong command of English (written and spoken).

• Proficiency in Chinese language to interact with guests.

• Excellent computer skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet, and email.

• Ability to remain calm, positive, and professional under pressure.

• Outgoing, approachable personality with a passion for guest service.

• Ability to work harmoniously in a multinational team environment.

• Positive “can-do” attitude with strong teamwork spirit.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct diving courses and excursions for guests, ensuring safety and enjoyment at all times.

• Deliver high-quality PADI training in accordance with international standards.

• Provide safety briefings and emergency response when required.

• Maintain and ensure proper usage of diving equipment.

• Assist in promoting and selling dive programs and excursions.

• Offer personalized attention to guests, particularly Chinese-speaking clientele.

• Collaborate with the Recreation and Watersports team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
