Job Role: Pharmacist Officer

Responsibilities:

1. Dispensing Medications:
   • Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently to patients.
   • Ensure compliance with medication labels and instructions.
2. Medication Management:
   • Maintain proper inventory of medications and supplies.
   • Monitor expiration dates and ensure proper storage conditions.
   • Manage medication recalls and returns according to regulations.
3. Patient Counseling:
   • Provide counseling to patients on medication usage, side effects, and interactions.
   • Answer patient queries regarding medications and healthcare concerns.
4. Collaboration with Healthcare Team:
   • Work closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure patient safety and optimal healthcare outcomes.
   • Participate in patient care meetings to discuss medication plans and adjustments.
5. Compliance and Regulations:
   • Ensure compliance with all pharmacy laws and regulations.
   • Maintain accurate records of controlled substances and complete required documentation.
6. Health Promotion:
   • Promote health and wellness through patient education and counseling.
   • Conduct health screenings and provide recommendations for preventive care.
7. Quality Assurance:
   • Participate in quality assurance programs to ensure the highest standards of pharmaceutical care.
