COST CONTROLLER

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role in a five-star Resort.
• Excellent knowledge of menu costing and ensure the level of normal loss and reduce the defects and variations in F&B productions.
• Excellent knowledge of spoken and written English
• Strong communication skills, highly responsible & reliable
• Outgoing, pleasant personality with the ability to work under pressure.
• A positive “CAN DO” attitude and able to work as apart of a Team
• Due to location and our CSR efforts Maldivian candidates will be prioritized for some positions.
