We are seeking a talented and innovative Spa Therapist cum Movement and Wellness Instructor to join our creative spa team.
This individual should have a background in spa massage therapy and will be responsible for providing spa treatments for our resort guests.
The candidate will also be responsible for creating, designing, and leading holistic wellness experiences unlike any other! These should include a mix of a diverse range of movement and wellness modalities that transcend traditional boundaries, incorporating and seamlessly blending elements of wellness, Pilates, fitness, yoga, sound healing, meditation, and local dance movements.
Requirements:
- Certified massage therapist with demonstrated experience in massage therapy techniques.
- Experience as a movement, fitness, dancer, or yoga teacher passionate about creating innovative class experiences.
- Knowledge of sound healing techniques and meditation.
- Passion or knowledge of dance movements a. techniques preferred.
- Passionate about the Maldivian culture and traditions and able to blend them into the wellness programs.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with guests and create a
- Creative mindset with the ability to connect with guest and create a supporting community with the resort.
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English; additional languages a plus.
