Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role in a five-star Resort.
• Understanding of HR functions and best practices.
• Effective HR administration and people management skills.
• Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office and related business and communication tools.
• Excellent knowledge of spoken and written English
• Strong communication skills, highly responsible & reliable
• Outgoing, pleasant personality with the ability to work under pressure.
• A positive “CAN DO” attitude and able to work as apart of a Team
• Due to location and our CSR efforts Maldivian candidates will be prioritized for some positions.
