We are in search of enthusiastic and committed individual, who has the passion for hospitality. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising the F&B team in providing exceptional service to our travelers.

F&B Team Leader

Key Responsibilities 

• Supervise daily shift operations & ensure compliance with all F&B policies and brand standards
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards in all assigned outlets are met and maintained
• Responsible for food & beverage stock control
• Supervise service of the team and actively interact with guests
• Monitor team performance
• Encourage and empower team to provide excellent service
• Effectively respond to all guest feedback and queries
• Actively involved in setting department targets and objectives and achieving them
• Coach individual team members to develop their skills to maximize performance

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ work experience in a similar capacity
• Knowledge of POS systems (Micros, R-Keeper, Symphony etc.) would be an added advantage
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Knowledge in mixology
• Excellent communications skills in English
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure
