Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Completed GCE O’Level with an excellent command of English A positive & outgoing personality with good customer etiquette
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Welcome, direct & check-in guests as they arrive at the passenger terminals & check-in counters
- Provide passengers with information on their flights, departure and arrival times
- Report any delays related to passengers/flights to the flight coordinators
- Assisting guests with their inquires & provide assistance
