REQUIREMENTS
- B.Sc. in Nursing.
- Registered with the Maldives Medical Council.
- Expertise in clinical practices, including emergency procedures.
- Ability to escort patients and administer medications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with staff & Guests.
- Previous resort experience in a similar job role. Team player with a positive can-do attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend to the immediate care of all medical concerns of both the travelers and crews
- Travel to Male’ hospital with the patient if required
- Lead the team of first aiders and conduct trainings in compliance to company policies and government requirements
- Prepare travelers and crews’ incident reports in a timely manner
- Do the inventory of stocks in the clinic and request for purchase order
- Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene in the clinic and coordinate repair works to be done
- Assist minor operational tasks of the human resources department or as assigned by the manager
