We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced barista to join our team at an upcoming 340-cover beach club-restaurant and event space. As a barista, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality drinks, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Responsibilities
- Planning drink menus and informing customers about new beverages and specials.
- Taking inventory and ordering supplies to ensure bar and tables are well-stocked.
- Prepare drink orders for guests according to specified recipes using measuring systems.
- Set up and maintain cleanliness and condition of bar, bar unit, tables, and other tools.
- Prepare fresh garnishes for drinks. Stock ice, glassware, and paper supplies.
- Transport supplies to bar set-up area.
- Preparing and serving hot and cold drinks such as coffee, tea and specialty beverages.
- Cleaning and sanitizing work areas, utensils and equipment.
- Cleaning service and seating areas.
- Describing menu items and suggesting products to customers.
- Carry out any requests from the management in conjunction with work.
- Adhere to the local health and safety codes, as welt as restaurant’s safety and security policies.
Key Skills & Experience
- High schootdiploma.
- 2-5 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong knowledge in F&B service and drink making.
- Passion towards guest services.
- Good written and verbal communication in the English language.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Positive, engaging personality, and professional appearance.
- Flexible work hours.
- Ability to work long hours.
- Great team player who thrives in working with a multi-cultural team and guest alike.
Compensation
- Compensation package includes base salary and service charge.
