🌟 Job Objective
The Waitress/Barista is responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and preparing barista-style drinks. The role also involves maintaining a clean and organized dining area while ensuring every guest enjoys a welcoming and positive dining experience.
📌 Key Duties & Responsibilities

Guest Service: Greet, seat, and attend to guests, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.

Order Taking: Accurately take food and beverage orders and communicate them to the kitchen/bar team.

Menu Knowledge: Be well-versed in the menu to answer guest questions and make recommendations.

Food & Beverage Service: Deliver meals, snacks, and beverages promptly and professionally.

Barista Duties: Prepare coffee, tea, and other beverages to standard recipes and guest preferences.

Payment Handling: Process bills, handle cash/card transactions, and issue receipts.

Table Management: Maintain a tidy dining environment and reset tables efficiently for the next guests.

Problem Solving: Address guest concerns politely and escalate unresolved issues to management.

Teamwork: Work closely with kitchen staff, baristas, and fellow front-of-house team members for smooth operations.
🎯 Candidate Profile

Previous experience as a waitress, barista, or in F&B service is an advantage.

Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
