💼 Position: Waiter (Maldivian)
We are currently looking for a dedicated and service-oriented Waiter to join our team. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in delivering personalized service and creating memorable dining experiences for guests.
🛠 Key Responsibilities

Provide attentive, professional, and friendly food and beverage service.

Assist in à la carte dining operations and ensure smooth guest experiences.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned work areas.

Uphold the resort’s service standards, LQA guidelines, and HACCP requirements.

Communicate effectively with guests and team members to ensure seamless operations.

Support the restaurant team with efficiency, teamwork, and a guest-first approach.
✅ Key Competencies

Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role within a luxury resort or hotel.

Prior exposure to à la carte restaurants is an advantage.

Strong communication skills with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).

Well-groomed, professional appearance with a positive and guest-oriented attitude.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service at all times.

Familiarity with HACCP and LQA standards will be considered an asset.
