📌 Key Responsibilities

• Maintain attention to detail in all aspects of student services.

• Communicate effectively with Course Coordinators and other departments.

• Greet, assist, and guide students, visitors, and callers with professionalism.

• Provide support independently and flexibly, including during shift duties.

✅ Candidate Requirements

• Educational Qualification: Diploma or A’Level certificate.

• Experience & Skills:

  • Strong customer service etiquette.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.

  • Ability to adapt to shift-based work schedules.

💰 Salary & Benefits

• Remuneration: MVR 9,000

• Working Hours (Shift Duty):

  • 09:00 AM – 06:00 PM

  • 01:00 PM – 10:00 PM
